Job Responsibilities

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.)
- Handles employee requests according to the project deadlines
- Provides clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams
- Collaborates with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.
- Creates & updates all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool
- Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery
- Builds the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency
- Handles client communication and reporting
- Ensures knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team
