Description:

Sourcing, recruitment, acquisition and retention of caregivers and nurses for specialized care needs. Work from home with travel within the GTA area which may be required to meet applicant needs and recruit locally.

Bayshore is looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruiter with Health & Safety as well as Workplace Injury expertise. Our Branch Recruiter will work to accommodate Clients who require specialized care and attention. Recruiter will source and hire specialized caregivers (RPN’s, RN’s, PSWs, Companions) to work with clients in their homes in the GTA.
This role is responsible for delivering all the recruitment needs for their Clients. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community recruitment strategies based on research and proven sourcing techniques. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring their Clients have the right mix of regulated and non-regulated caregivers to meet their care needs and objectives.
This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires creating partnerships, networking, and public speaking.
At Bayshore, your safety is our top priority. We will provide you with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate training, as well as daily infection prevention screening at work. Bayshore provides work from home opportunities when necessary and available.

EDUCATION

Minimum - Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program and/or Recruitment experience is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two year’s experience in health care talent acquisition. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Workplace Insurance an asset

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to meet deadlines and strong commitment to continual learning; demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software; ability to operate all standard office equipment. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems an asset.
