Responsibilities:
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM ON A 6-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT. THIS ROLE IS 100% OFFICE-BASED IN BIRMINGHAM, FOCUSING ON HIRING TOP TALENT FOR OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AND IMPLEMENTING TAILORED RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES FOR THE LOCAL MARKET.
Although based in Birmingham, you will work closely with our global team, headquartered in Barcelona. You’ll collaborate across departments, ensuring our hiring efforts align with the company’s broader strategic goals and contribute to driving business success.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for customer care roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement localised recruitment strategies tailored to the Birmingham market, ensuring we attract the best customer care talent.
- Proactively source and engage talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements for customer care roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed, ensuring they are aligned with our hiring goals and standards.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job advertising strategies to increase our visibility and attractiveness in the Birmingham talent market.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout recruitment.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to monitor hiring progress, report insights to hiring managers, and make data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment processes..
Proven recruitment success within agency and in-house settings, strongly emphasising customer care or high-volume roles. Strong understanding of the Birmingham talent market, particularly in sourcing top talent for customer care positions.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adjust to a dynamic and fast-growing company’s evolving priorities and recruitment needs.
- Skilled at anticipating challenges and providing solutions to improve recruitment outcomes
