THE ROLE

As we deploy our platform into more cities around the world, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our existing team of three and help us scale our company in LATAM and beyond.
You will be joining a happy and supportive team, focusing predominantly on Engineering hiring, though you will be expected to support other areas of the business.
While this role is delivery-centric, you will have many opportunities to think creatively and add flair to our recruitment strategy and culture.
Location: This role is only available remotely for anybody based in Colombia.
Duration: 3-6 months initially, with the possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Source, attract, and hire exceptional engineers (predominantly Java, Kotlin backend, or Javascript/Vue.JS frontend with some additional roles in QA), as well as support the rest of the business hires.
• Manage candidates through the end-to-end recruitment journey, ensuring everybody has the best experience possible.
• Coach hiring managers and stakeholders on what a great recruitment process looks like and implement it.
• Partner with Talent Manager and Talent Team to define and execute a more long-term repeatable approach.
• Identify gaps and develop hiring solutions to reach our Diversity goals.
