Description:

Job Title: Recruiter - Domestic Workers
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to handle recruitment process for domestic workers and facilities management staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly within the UAE. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive recruitment initiatives while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company best practices.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic workers or facilities management staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle recruitment independently, including administrative and operational aspects.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
  • Analytical mindset to assess and improve recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sourcing, screening, and selection process for candidates in domestic workers and facilities management roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by identifying and engaging potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill vacancies promptly.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate periodic reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
