Description:
This Early in Profession Recruiter role focuses on closing the early in profession talents to help us compete to win in this new Microsoft Era, and has responsibility for hiring the best talents in the Intern, Graduate space and other early in profession space.
The Early in Profession Recruiter will close technical talents to primarily support the local sales and marketing businesses, as well as the engineering team. Apart from the focus in hiring in EMEA, they will also enjoy many global programs and initiatives that will help shape the global Early-in-Profession, or Global Talent Acquisition team in the future.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
- Gathers requirements and develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle. Owns elements of the candidate experience and prepares candidates for next phases of the process. Enhances the candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate, and sharing with the business to mitigate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required/minimum qualifications
- Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Experience in hiring early in profession talents
- LinkedIn Certification
- French or German proficiency would also be beneficial, although not a requirement
