Description:
Our Early in Profession Recruiting team are recruiting for top talents to build products for the Microsoft of the future.
This Early in Profession Recruiter role focuses on finding the EiP talents to help us compete to win in this new Microsoft Era, and has responsibility for hiring the best talents in the Intern, Graduate and EiP space. The EiP Recruiter will source and attract technical talents to primarily support the sales and marketing businesses, as well as the engineering team. Apart from the focus in EMEA, as part of the International Team, this person will also have the opportunity to work on EiP hiring in other markets. Moreover, he/she will also enjoy many global programs and initiatives that will help shape the Global Talent Acquisition team in the future.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
- Gathers requirements and develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Owns elements of the candidate experience and prepares candidates for next phases of the process.
REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably experience in university recruiting or volume hiring for early-in-profession talents.
- Strong planning, program and event management skills is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven.
