RECRUITER (ENTRY LEVEL SALES)
As an Allied OneSource Recruiter, you will find and recruit qualified candidates to staff our clients’ employee needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the recruiting, sales or customer service. Projected Recruiter Earnings:
- Year 1: $50,000 - $70,000
- Year 2: $70,000 - $85,000
- Year 3: $85,000+
Projected Account Executive Earnings:
- Year 1: $70,000 - $85,000
- Year 2: $85,000 - $120,000
- Year 3: $120,000+
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract candidates by phone, email, and messaging on databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates to assess skills and experience for open roles
- Build candidate relationships before, during, and after the job placement
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Exercise discretion and follow employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proactive in finding solutions to problems and issues

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
