JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Administrator / Recruiter to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM systems and assisting in helping organise internal systems. This role requires a strong ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate. The Administrator / Recruiter will utilise various platforms, including social media to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process. The candidate will be helping organise CRM Teamtailor to ensure all records and descriptions are fully accurate to the client’s requirements. This role requires an experienced Recruiter 1-2 years.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
  • Experience using Teamtailor systems is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates.
  • Manage internal CRM systems and further develop templates for the client.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes and facilitating the selection process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
