Now, we need a Recruiter to help us reach the next milestone, and change the world of manufacturing by helping find the best talent out there.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH IS:

• You manage job postings across all channels
• You actively source candidates from relevant social platforms
• You produce job descriptions in coordination with respective hiring managers
• You develop and maintain a pipeline of engaged and enthusiastic candidates
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes across the entire lifecycle
• You participate in various recruitment initiatives (employer branding, interview training…)
