JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team, based in Mont Royal, QC! This position is well-suited for an individual who comes from a retail and/or customer service background, industrial recruitment experience is an asset, but not mandatory!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Retail and/or customer service background, thriving in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with a hybrid setting, 4 days in office in Mont Royal, 1 day from home.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage high volume and multiple priorities.
  • Computer literacy such as MS Office and adeptness for navigating sourcing tools including ATS and job boards.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit and qualify industrial candidates for various clients across Quebec.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and be proactive for our current as well as future hiring needs.
  • Proactively solicit feedback from hiring managers of candidates to improve and ensure candidates align with business needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.
