Your role and key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Dutch-speaking profiles in Belgium and The Netherlands, while also providing assistance to other recruiters in an international context.
  • Work closely with our managers to define candidate profiles and organize the recruitment process in order to achieve the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Craft and execute innovative sourcing methodologies aimed at attracting top-tier talent, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Identify, source and screen suitable candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews by phone, online and in person. Responsible for ATS update.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events at universities and at our offices.
  • Coordinate with fellow recruiters, hiring managers and other HR teams for a smooth recruitment process from sourcing till onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of total experience in recruitment, preferably with engineering profiles.
  • Good knowledge of ATS platforms and experience with various recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • Flexible team player with an international mindset. Excellent organizational agility and effective time management. Multitasking and goal-oriented attitude.
