Recruiter
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience that attracts and retains top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, cultivate strong talent pipelines, and contribute to Guardteck’s brand as an employer of choice. This role is pivotal to achieving our growth objectives and promoting a culture that values continuous improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Proficiency in ATS, HR systems, and recruitment data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of applicable employment standards and HR best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
