We’re looking for a full-time Talent Specialist. The ideal candidate has two to three years’ strong recruiting experience with proven record of accomplishment sourcing candidates and maintaining a candidate pipeline across multiple functional areas. Third party recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare or education fields strongly preferred. Experience in utilizing Social Networking for recruiting purposes also strongly preferred. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and creative writing ability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
