Location: Remote (UK, Dublin, Barcelona)
Duration / Schedule: 12 months contract position, full time
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to find and attract talented individuals for our Early Career Programs.
As part of our global team, you will recruit Interns and Graduates for tech/non tech positions in EMEA. You will engage and collaborate with hiring managers as well as talent acquisition teams to engage the next generation of talent. You will report directly into our Director or Global Early Career Programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Post job openings and develop sourcing strategies
- Screen and select diverse talent from universities, partnerships, and programmes
- Facilitate an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- Develop a talent pipeline of interns and high-potential candidates
- Evaluate conversion candidates and facilitate offer approval process
- Cultivate alumni talent pipelines and advocate for entry-level opportunities
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and principles according to local intern employment legislation across select countries in EMEA (Ireland, UK, Germany, Romania, Poland, Norway & Spain)
- Provide regular metrics to evaluate our ‘return on investment’ and overall progress in hiring
- Familiarity of providing localised talent attraction strategies for hard to fill roles
- Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, related field or 3+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience
- Capability to manage high-volume application numbers across multiple roles
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and Beamery preferred)
- Knowledge of HR practices and intern employment legislation across Ireland, UK, Germany, Norway, Spain, Poland & Romania
- Excellent internal/external communication skills
- Fluent in English and preferably French, Italian or Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pool hiring
- Previous multinational tech company experience
- Creativity, curiosity and passion for process improvement
- Familiarity with event planning
- Experience presenting to virtual audiences
- Familiarity with on campus engagement for intern/graduate positions
