Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Recruiter (Junior) at CCS Cleaning, you will manage the recruitment process for medium and large-scale hiring within the retail and hospitality sectors. This dynamic, hands-on role involves posting job ads, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making recruitment decisions. You will focus on recruiting cleaning staff and hotel employees.
Additionally, you will visit client sites, attend offline recruitment campaigns, and meet with staff teams to support recruitment efforts.
