Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be a part of our global international recruitment team, based in various places across the globe. This role will allow you to work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and multiple other teams e.g. HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • You’re curious, and you know how to do your research – you’re keen to learn and develop within recruitment.
  • Great communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • You’re genuinely passionate about other people, you love getting to know them and talking with others.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous experience with recruitment, HR; experience in customer service is a plus
  • Experience in SSC/BPO is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and the drive to learn.
  • A positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Tech-savvy, Workday and SharePoint knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, TASKS:

  • Promote our offers/opportunities on recruitment channels and social media and look for the best new sources of candidates for Elanco Solution Center in Guadalajara, Mexico.
  • Support recruitment processes in other Elanco locations across LATAM.
  • Proactively search for potential candidates for our positions and invite them to take part in our recruitment processes, highlighting the exciting career opportunities and incredible culture at Elanco.
  • Build positive and long-term relationships with existing and potential job-seekers who might be interested in joining our company.
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates and prepare summaries of your conversations.
  • Manage the interview scheduling process for assigned recruitment processes.
  • Update information in the recruiting system.
  • Support onboarding process.
  • Build a relationship with hiring managers and understand the business needs and operations
  • Constantly look for opportunities on how to improve candidates and hiring managers experience
