Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter (Mortgage Broker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in hiring and sourcing Mortgage Brokers and will be proficient in using LinkedIn and Indeed for talent acquisition. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent in the mortgage industry to meet our clients’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing Mortgage Brokers.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Knowledge of ATS and CRM tools for recruitment tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate or mortgage industry recruitment is a must.
  • Proficiency in English at a professional level.
  • Must have a reliable computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify and attract qualified Mortgage Broker candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract the right talent.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress using ATS and recruitment tracking tools.
  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
