- Bachelor’s Degree required, Recruiting Experience preferred
- or
- High School Diploma/GED Required, 4 Years Recruiting Experience Required
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
- Excellent computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Performs searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, social media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or associate referrals
- Supports recruitment efforts in various territories to meet the unique needs and regulations of each location.
- Utilizes various sources (internet searches, employee referrals external advertisements, social media, career events, social & personal networking) to identify and select the highest qualified candidates.
- Takes ownership of Recruitment and Selection Hiring Process for selected openings, from identification of need to New Hire, as a full-service provider, including arranging on-site interviews.
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Altec to understand staffing forecast, hiring needs, team dynamics and job profiles.
- Demonstrates flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities as needed to further the goals of the team and organization.
- Assists the team with projects to improve the recruiting process and the candidate experience.
