Description:

Position: Recruiter
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading human capital consulting firm specializing in staffing, recruitment and HR/Inclusion consulting for clients in the private industry and public sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. Experience with crowdsourcing platforms such as Bountyjobs and Recruitifi are highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions and industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions with top talent.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals;
  • Conduct in-depth screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans;
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipeline and track progress;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and provide timely feedback to hiring managers;
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies;
