JOB SUMMARY
CIMT College is looking for a part time corporate RECRUITER who will focus on the recruitment activities specifically for our teaching faculty and will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for CIMT College. The recruiter will bring the leadership and creativity into play to develop and implement various strategies for attracting top talent in the market in order to achieve the CIMT College recruitment objectives.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 2-3 years work experience as a Corporate Recruiter for all levels of professional positions in non-unionized corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle recruiting with candidate relationship management skills.
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in human resources, business degree or relevant field from a recognized institution is required.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices in accordance with Employment legislation.
- Experience using ADP Career Centre is a must.
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, panel)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Superior relationship management skills and care deeply about the candidate experience at all stages in the recruitment process
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, to exercise tact and diplomacy, to exhibit good judgement and to earn credibility across levels of the organization.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations, demonstrate confidentiality, tact, discretion and judgement.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering excellent service to others as this is key in supporting the success of our students and our College.
- Effective ability to interact with others and deal with situations in ways that respect diverse backgrounds, experience and styles.
- Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations, demonstrate confidentiality, tact, discretion and judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and/or Google Sheets, Google Docs, and G-Mail
- Experience with ADP Career Center is a must
Responsibilities:
- Promote job postings on social media to assist with candidate sourcing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job postings/ job descriptions for current openings.
- Utilize ADP to manage recruiting processes such as posting jobs, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, managing candidate pipeline
- Promote and coordinate internal job postings and candidate referral program.
- Source and engage candidates through a variety of creative sourcing channels.
- Interview and evaluate candidates during various hiring stages.
- Extend and negotiate compensation packages, manage subsequent offer, or contract generation.
- Point of contact for candidates to answer their questions regarding the hiring process, provide interview feedback, and follow up.
- Set up work/education references, criminal background checks as and when required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
