EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
- Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
- Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
- Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
What will you do?
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
- Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
- Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
- Proactively sourcing talent
- Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates
- Facilitating debrief meetings
- Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
- Building Talent Pipelines
- Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
- Participate in projects as neede
