As a Recruiter, you will support our North American Retail stores in the attraction and acquisition of salaried and hourly talent while evolving all aspects of recruitment tools and processes. You’re a natural relationship builder, partnering with our people leaders to identify talent gaps and future business needs. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve our excellent candidate and employee experience.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU COULD BE WORKING ON IN THE FUTURE:
- Assisting the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Regional Managers in developing and executing long-term recruiting strategies.
- Addressing key talent gaps, shortages, or concerns through partnerships with our teams and P&C Business Partners.
- Building pipeline by actively engaging with our local and global communities to enable the success of our teams.
- Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire.
- Actively participating in identifying and supporting TA project and initiatives.
- Strategically building relationships in each market and supporting in the creation of employer branding initiatives.
