Responsibilities:

  • Understands lifecycle recruitment activities for varied roles.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent. This includes understanding market trends and aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and actively pursue potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Prepare, negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies, market standards and manage internal equity.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team (TA COE)
  • Maintain and screen candidates from multiple sources to prevent duplicity.
  • Create and sustain college linkage efforts for the company.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Review and maintain recruitment policies by aligning such to local legal requirements.
  • Active participation in the internal and external audit requirements of the company and TA COE activities.
  • Meet and exceed TA KPIs including time to fill, source of hire, diversity and costs.
  • Must have strong knowledge of the local labor laws with respect to hiring and compensation related policies.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate and overall hiring experience
