ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to handle the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of positions, including administrative roles, internal hires, therapists, and clinical staff. This role is essential in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent who are aligned with our mission to provide exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment across multiple disciplines, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the unique needs within the healthcare and administrative sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including administrative, internal, and clinical positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with BreezyHR, PayChex, Slack, Asana and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both administrative and clinical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across different departments and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates for a wide range of positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs, spanning administrative, clinical, and internal roles.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies as needed.
