About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of our People Operations Department. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and working closely with business leaders globally, you’ll lead full cycle recruitment for technical and non technical roles across Europe, providing a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates alike.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, recruiting generalist experience preferred
  • Ad-tech, SaaS, Advertising, or Media industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with using Lever or experience in another ATS
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for non-technical and technical positions, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for candidates.
  • Develop creative strategies to source and engage active and passive candidates, with an emphasis on direct outreach.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates to ensure their qualifications match our current openings, and maintain relationships with strong market talent for future positions.
  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring timely follow up for all interviewed candidates.
  • Act as a business partner, building trust based relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct and improve upon screening, interview and offer processes, including negotiating compensation and extending offers of employment, and preparing offer documents for qualified candidates.
  • Hold yourself accountable to success metrics and internal SLA’s.
  • Provide an excellent interview experience for candidates - regardless of outcome.
