We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry.
We are currently seeking a Recruiter with English Fluency to join our team at TripleTen .

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with online job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.

What you will do:

  • Conduct research and use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess applicants’ qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, work experience, and interest in the position.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress in our ATS(we use Comeet).
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
