Description:

The role of the Recruiting Assistant is to provide a wide variety of clerical support to the Recruiting team while ensuring a great candidate experience. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining accurate recruiting records and files, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for serving others. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must! The candidate should be comfortable working independently and as a contributing member of a team. Excellent attendance, the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines are essential in this position.

RECRUITING ASSISTANT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDES:

  • High school education or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role including schedule coordination, data entry, reporting, filing, etc. Prior experience with recruiting-related clerical duties preferred.
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products including Word and Excel.
  • Must be organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
