WHO WE WANT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Associate to support our recruiting efforts and assist with various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, organized, and passionate about helping to identify top talent for our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, and Upwork.
- Recruit for on-site employees and international contractors.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Assist with drafting job postings and updating job descriptions as needed.
- Draft and update Interview questions and templates as needed.
- Support the Pre-onboarding process including Reference Checks and Background Checks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
