POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and facilitating various aspects of candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. This role serves as a liaison between the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with the implementation of recruitment strategies. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the candidate’s experience and supporting the overall goals of the recruitment team.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience in a recruiting or related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, and write reports in both languages.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruiting methods to attract and identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and track candidate applications and progress through the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordination of orientation and paperwork.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and report generation.
- Other duties as assigned or apparent.
