POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and facilitating various aspects of candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. This role serves as a liaison between the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with the implementation of recruitment strategies. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the candidate’s experience and supporting the overall goals of the recruitment team.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a recruiting or related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, and write reports in both languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruiting methods to attract and identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and track candidate applications and progress through the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordination of orientation and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and report generation.
  • Other duties as assigned or apparent.
