The Recruiting Coordinator safeguards an end to end experience that delights candidates. You’ll be working closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from all aspects. While the TA Partners concentrate on conducting interviews the Recruitment Coordinators manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment pipeline. This includes a wide range of tasks, like:
posting job openings to boards, arranging travel for candidates, organising interviews across different departments, and managing any last-minute changes to schedules.
You will serve as a dedicated partner to candidates throughout their entire engagement with us. Your organisational skills, proactive approach, and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences will contribute significantly to getting top talent onboard. You’ll report to our Recruiting Coordinator Lead.
Location: Hungary, Georgia, Slovakia, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Support the advertising of job opportunities on the Wolt career site and other job-boards/social media channels
- Efficient and thorough scheduling of candidate interviews throughout the whole hiring process
- Coordination of debrief calls for interviewers to reach hiring decisions on assessed candidates
- Ensure data integrity in our ATS, managing candidates promptly through each step of the hiring process to ensure swift follow-up/feedback and hiring decisions
- Support the gathering of detailed feedback on candidates post-interview within SmartRecruiters by following up with hiring teams to influence feedback-writing diligence & timeliness
- Contribute innovative ideas that make the candidate experience truly special at Wolt, so that candidates walk away with a unique experience
