REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • 3+ years of experience in the field
  • Availability to travel
  • Visual merchandising experience within a luxury brand
  • Creative background with awareness of current trends in fashion retail and technology
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite programs.
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CBE Manager in development of all VM tool, processes and delivering on all projects, Working together to create the seasonal VM guidlines and assist in facilitating visual merchandising training.
  • Support all stores with travel and remotely to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Area Managers and store teams.
  • Be a role model in store for CBE department, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm.
  • Working with area/store managers to make sure key products are selected and well displayed.
  • Supporting member of CBE team when needed.
  • Documenting and taking ownership of props in your area.
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback after visits.
  • Assist in facilitating visual merchandising trainings for the store teams.
  • Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, window props and furniture are in excellent conditions.
  • Visit competitors and share best practices.
