We are searching for a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our company and assist our HR team in providing administrative support during the entire recruitment process. This will include preparing job descriptions, posting job ads online, screening candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and following up with candidates throughout the interview process.
During your internship, you will be trained and mentored on recruiting best practices, including how to present yourself to candidates, how to pitch opportunities, and how to manage an efficient pipeline of candidates, all while maintaining accountability ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on all things DULCEDO, and hone your skills in pitching opportunities to candidates, both sourced and applied
- Ensure our ATS, Lever, is up to date on job and candidate information
- Assist the recruiting team with posting jobs on global job boards and social media platforms as requested
- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Answer candidate’s questions and concerns regarding the company structure, working conditions, and details regarding the role they are applying for
- Master interviewing techniques from senior Recruiters and managers
- Assist the recruiting team with building offer presentations to selected candidates
