Responsibilities:

Recruiting highly qualified consultants is a key success factor for McKinsey & Company. The tasks of our recruiting team are to identify, inspire and select candidates in an international environment.
During your internship (ideally 6 months), you will familiarize yourself with all areas of our professional recruitment process - from employer branding and university marketing to candidate selection. You will work in various areas and take on your own projects right from the start. For example, you will work with our teams to further develop recruiting formats and support their operational implementation. You will work with state-of-the-art recruiting systems, compile and interpret statistics and incorporate the results into the further development of your area of work.
