Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current student at a university or university of applied sciences and practical experience in the HR environment, preferably in recruiting
- Initiative, flexibility and organizational talent and ability to work carefully and reliably
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in German and English
- Teamwork and ability to manage several work streams in parallel
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Recruiting highly qualified consultants is a key success factor for McKinsey & Company. The tasks of our recruiting team are to identify, inspire and select candidates in an international environment.
During your internship (ideally 6 months), you will familiarize yourself with all areas of our professional recruitment process - from employer branding and university marketing to candidate selection. You will work in various areas and take on your own projects right from the start. For example, you will work with our teams to further develop recruiting formats and support their operational implementation. You will work with state-of-the-art recruiting systems, compile and interpret statistics and incorporate the results into the further development of your area of work.
You will furthermore be responsible for preparing recruitment events for both university marketing and our retention programmes - from announcement to feedback evaluation. Additionally, you will learn how to screen and assess CVs and help support our recruitment efforts.
