YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University student pursuing a degree in psychology, communications or business administration with expected graduation date in 2026 – willing to work in recruiting in the long term
- Good knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes and marketplace trends
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative
- Comfortable working with minimal direction and ambiguity
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently
- Ability to quickly build trust-based relationships with senior candidates and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
