YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University degree, between 3rd or 5th-year student studying Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Creative thinking with strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and handle ambiguity
- Keen attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
- Exceptional customer service and service orientation
- Flexibility in working hours
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
