We are specifically responsible for growing Uber’s tech footprint in our two main hubs: Amsterdam and Aarhus.

Your team will take on various roles across the region and collaborate with hiring managers and cross functional partners to fill them quickly and thoughtfully. The teams you support have a huge impact on millions of people worldwide and are critical to Uber’s success. These include teams such as Platforms, Security, Infrastructure, Maps, Memberships, Earner, Money, and AdTech.

What You’ll Do

  • Attract, develop and retain your team, and ensure they have the right resources and tools to reach their targets and goals; create a vision for how to continually improve processes and ways of working
  • Be considered a talent thought partner and collaborate with leadership teams to co-create and drive hiring plans, talent strategies, priorities, and process improvements
  • Influence hiring manager stakeholders and expectations for a shared understanding of what great looks like in hiring at Uber
  • Use and analyze hiring data to help build solutions, measure quality, and influence across all partner groups and within your team

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring in an organization passionate about encouraging a diverse workforce
  • Ability to partner with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates
  • Experience developing individual contributors into high performing resources
  • Excel in interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
  • Previous Engineering/Technology recruiting experience is required
