About this role
As the Recruiting Manager, you will oversee our recruitment team and processes, ensuring that we meet our hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and growth plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and benefits through various channels.
