We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our talent acquisition process by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for EMEA, LATAM, and AMER. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, talent, and candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping others find their perfect job.

COORDINATION & OPERATIONS

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and track job postings across various job boards and company website.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain, improve, and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts
