Hiring company is a systems integration company established in 2007 and headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Hiring company currently provides Medical, Social Services, Medical Research Services, Information Technology, and other professional and technical services to the Federal Government, State and Local Governments, as well as private commercial enterprises.

Pay: From $75,000.00 - $85,000 per year based on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Recruiting Project Manager I supports the office of the Executive Vice President in planning and executing projects required in the performance Federal Task Orders.
This position supports the recruiting of personnel for awarded contracts, administrative tasking for awarded contracts, operational tasking, and client relations.
Duties include supporting project execution throughout its lifecycle; tracking and coordinating administrative requirements such as performance metrics, schedules, and budgets; utilizing computerized maintenance systems; ensuring clients’ or stakeholders’ requirements are met; processing of invoices; managing and guiding project team members when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree required or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Project management for Healthcare projects in Federal contracting space.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in recruiting for Federal customers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to drive efforts to completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and presentation skills to individuals and groups, internally and externally
  • Strong writing skills, including content development incorporating key win themes clearly and concisely
  • Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD, Commerce, VA, NIH, and DHS accounts preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with your clients to understand the needs of each project and help each client through all steps of recruitment, incentive process, transcription, and any additional service where we can support the success of the project.
  • Work with our client service team to understand the needs of the client and help maintain our standards of excellence.
  • Lead kick off calls and be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring that expectations of project specifications, quotas, delivery, timeliness and other requirements of the project exceed the client’s expectations.
  • Lead the measurement of project performance using tools and techniques to track completion of action items and develop baseline metrics of success, including burn rates, gross and net profit margins, cost variance, customer satisfaction as well as Quality, Health and Safety-related measures/trends.
  • Complete special assignments, report development, contract proposals, etc. in support of EVP or management team.
  • Review technical reports for accuracy and information requiring action by the project team.
  • Approve contract invoices in accounting software/platform after a technical review of documents for thoroughness and accuracy. Investigate any errors, omissions, issues to ensure promptness of payment.
  • Support or lead development of technical proposals or amendments for the award of contract modifications, due to change of conditions or new asset inventory additions.
  • Engage project team and support staff on financial tracking of contract line items, reconciliation of differences between company and government financial systems, and forecasts of contract financial performance to include budget forecasting.
  • Conduct/attend scheduled contract meetings in support of contract performance or as requested by stakeholders.
  • Communicate information on contract-related issues through management and notify appropriate stakeholders. Utilize professional communications to engage Government stakeholders for needed actions, resolution of issues, or submission of deliverables.
