REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • A Minimum of 1 year of human resources, recruiting or administrative experience
  • Experience in the health care industry preferred
    This is a hybrid position with most days virtual but flexibility needed for onsite visits across our 5 locations (Wheaton, Avondale, West Loop, Northcenter) and visits to our Human Resource main office in west loop of chicago.

Who We Are

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end to end recruitment which includes posting jobs in ATS, interviewing applicants, scheduling onsite/virtual interviews, and entire hiring process.
  • Assist in managing applicant tracking system and update applicant statuses to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Participate in external recruiting events (e.g. job fairs) and assist with organic recruitment of applicants via LinkedIN
  • Conducts new hire orientation onsite or virtually to introduce HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with all locations to resolve onboarding issues
  • Ensures employees have the appropriate documentation and certifications by running certification audits and assisting employees with updating documentation
  • Assists in maintaining and updating employee data in the HRIS
  • Help answer employee questions on a variety of HR topics and policies through Zendesk ticketing system
  • Assists on a variety of ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
