Description:
Aureus Energy Services Inc. is the leading provider of hot oiling, frac water heating, fluid treatment and water transfer services in Northern Alberta. We are currently looking for a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our team. We are actively expanding our business and looking for career-minded, driven people to join our exciting team. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with scheduled days off.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Experience with online recruitment tools and/or UltiPro(UKG) an asset
- Related experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Administration ability is an asset.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience in using software programs related to HR and payroll (e.g. ADP, UltiPro, NetSuite etc.).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software

Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Administrator within the Aureus organization, your main responsibilities will be to assist in overseeing the following core tasks:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Meeting and discussing personnel needs with Service Line Managers.
- Advertising and Managing Ad Postings for Internal Positions.
- Shaping Advertisements that attract the right people, filtering resumes, and ensuring Service Line Managers are reviewing them promptly and a representative from Aureus is reaching out to discuss the job position.
- Manage the Interview process as needed, focusing on the timeline for interviews being met by service line managers and assisting where needed to expedite.
- Expeditiously processing Offer Letters and follow-up communications with New Hires to ensure they do not lose interest in the position.
- Full onboarding of new hires
- Booking pre-employment Testing
- Creating accounts on various platforms
- Scheduling and delivering orientations
- PPE distribution
- Benefits Administration
- Fuel card administration
