Recruitment Administrator
About the role:
Recruitment Administrator is responsible for leading the sourcing of willing individuals for the Data Collector role. The scope of activities includes locations around the world where the company’s live data collection activities take place. The Recruitment Administrator cooperates with the Data Collection and Scheduling departments. Reports to the Data Collection Manager. The role requires very good English language skills.

What you will do:

  • Identify and source potential candidates for the role of Data Collector using various recruitment methods such as online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role
  • Promoting company’s brand and building recognisable IMG ARENA brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring that they receive timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • Manage recruitment-related data and maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Organization and attendance on meet ups / conferences / workshops
  • Cooperation and creation of long-term relationship with universities and school.

What are we looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in Recruitment
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and online job portals
  • Proficient English level (B2/C1)
  • Direct experience in designing, organizing, and conducting events and candidate-driven projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Deep sense of responsibility and involvement
  • Ability to create employer branding content in a clear and concise manner
  • Effective communication and networking skills.
