We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Administrator will partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver first class customer service and be to the fore in exploring innovative and creative methods of sourcing, attracting and recruiting top talent to ensure future business success..
What you’ll do
- Assess potential candidates, screen and prepare a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting process (advertising, screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, closing candidates and generating offer letters)
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of centralised Recruitment Days
- Temporary staff coordination
- Management and maintenance of all recruitment related queries including applicant queries, role queries and email applications
- Partner with regional HR to ensure all recruitment and recruitment marketing needs are met
- Involvement in projects to support and develop the Talent Acquisition department
What you’ll need
- A minimum of 2+ years of recruitment administration experience - both in house and agency experience considered
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment with high volume recruitment is required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous ATS experience required
- German language skills an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Full driving licence

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
