Responsibilities:
- Booking for Interviews (Inviting successful candidates for Assessments/ Interviews)
- Answering phone calls and handling queries on candidates and clients or Transfer to relevant departments.
- Internal and External Recruitment.
- Daily Management and Capturing candidates’ information on Placement Partner (Database).
- Handling recruitment queries and keeping the recruitment database up to date.
- Advertising positions on Placement Partner and LinkedIn (Placing of adverts internally and externally).
- Updating weekly CV spreadsheet for the Team.
- Send out daily feedback every day and Weekly feedback every Friday.
- Keeping valuable information of candidates on the Server/Shared drive.
- Collating of CVs / Sourcing CVs for open positions on PNET and other Job Portals.
- Screening of CVs and updating on candidate databases.
- Formatting CVs in the company CV template.
- Engaging with vendors and resources for local and international opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify qualified resources.
- Interviewing, screening, shortlisting, and recommending resources for vacant internal and external positions.
- Do references and background checks on resources and conducting criminal checks.
- Conducting telephonic reference checks
- Accounts receivable follow up with clients.
- Attend meetings
- Attending briefings and typing of briefing minutes
- Prepare minutes/ action points and distributes them to relevant members.
- Sourcing of cvs for open positions and tenders.
