SKILLS YOU NEED
- Ambitious, energetic, and dedicated with at least 1 year of HR admin.
- Previous experience using an ATS and excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, balance priorities, and contribute to a wider HR team.
- Level 3 CIPD qualified

Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Administrator, your role will involve supporting the Recruitment Coordinator in managing the entire in-house recruitment process on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including managing vacancies, supporting and managing candidates through the on-boarding process, and assisting with recruitment events and general HR tasks.
