You’ll schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers and manage interview logistics effectively

  • Maintaining and updating our internal applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information at all times
  • You will help organize university careers fairs and other recruiting events
  • You’ll be instrumental in organising our monthly induction for new employees
  • Assisting with generating recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making, maintaining high data quality in our internal databases
  • Preparing job descriptions and managing our job adverts online, ensuring compliance with our corporate identity as well as company policies and legal requirement

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a recruiting operations specialist, you will coordinate our UK Recruiting team’s administrative processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This will include helping the UK Recruiting team attract and select top candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK.
A strong communicator, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback. Building on your excellent organisational skills, you will have opportunities to be involved in special recruiting projects as needed.
This position will be based in Manchester.
