- Possess a bachelor’s degree (or partial grad) preferably in HR or Recruitment (ideal but not essential).

- An understanding of the healthcare sector particularly within Community Health and ACC.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you hold a pivotal position in supporting our recruitment function. You will be professional and energetic with proven experience in supporting an exceptional customer support experience. Your mission is to identify and attract talented Health Professionals, Support Workers and Support Office staff who share our vision of providing exceptional care to those in need. You will establish robust talent networks, work within streamlined recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth of our internal agency.
