Recruitment Advisor

For one of our clients we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to the client’s recruitment team which is responsible for the global Internal- and External recruitment process for experienced hires. This includes follow up of internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and high quality recruitment processes, and to ensure recruitment IT systems and data security work efficiently and compliant. The team works closely with external recruitment service provider to give both candidates and hiring managers a good experience.

• Personnel security in recruitment

Qualifications:

• Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, preferably knowledge of Workday recruitment module
• Solid communication skills in English, written and spoken is required in this role
• In addition, the following personal qualities are expected:
• Highly organized and structured with good planning skills
• Team player and a good relationship builder
• Strong communicator and advisor
• Curious, learn fast and serviceminded
• Thirve in a fast pace environment and with rapid changes

Work Experience:

• A few years of experience in sourcing and recruitment is required

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field

Planned start date and duration:

• 31.10.2024-29.09.2025 (2x6 months)
