QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • RPR Designation considered an asset
  • 3+ years of high volume industrial trades recruitment experience
  • Exposure to high volume and fast-paced recruitment activities
  • Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-developed computer skills preferably with ADP Workforce Now, MS Office, and Sharepoint
